Privacy Policy

This notice describes how the independently presented PhygitAi research website and its public screening skill relate to information you may provide.

Effective date: 20 October 2026 · Contact: abbas.sibai@alba.edu.lb

1. Who operates PhygitAi?

PhygitAi is an ongoing conceptual research initiative initiated by Abbas Sibai, Ph.D. Academic affiliation information identifies the researcher and does not imply institutional ownership, sponsorship or endorsement. For questions about this notice, use the contact address above.

2. Information you provide directly

The informational website does not currently provide a PhygitAi registration account, payment checkout or website contact form. If you email the research contact, the information you choose to send (such as your name, email address, message and attachments) will be used to respond to your inquiry and maintain necessary correspondence.

Please avoid sending passwords, personal health information, or third-party confidential research materials unless you have the right to disclose them and have agreed on appropriate handling first.

3. Website access and hosting

The website is hosted on a third-party platform. That platform may process technical information such as IP address, device or browser details, access times, cookies and security logs as part of delivering and protecting the website. Such platform-level processing is governed by the hosting provider's applicable terms and privacy notices. PhygitAi cannot independently confirm or control all of the hosting provider's technical logging and retention practices.

The publicly supplied informational website source does not presently include a PhygitAi-operated tracking or advertising script. This statement does not exclude platform-level analytics or cookies.

4. ChatGPT plugin and screening inputs

The PhygitAi public screening edition is a skills-based experience operating within ChatGPT. When you provide project descriptions, files or evidence in ChatGPT, the ChatGPT platform processes that material under its own terms, privacy notices and account controls. The current public screening skill does not operate an independent PhygitAi account service or send project evidence to a separate PhygitAi assessment server.

Do not assume conversations are public, anonymous or confidential beyond the safeguards and settings described by the platform you are using. For ChatGPT data handling, see OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

4a. MCP-backed screening technical pilot

A separate PhygitAi MCP-backed screening server is online for limited technical testing, but the MCP plugin is not yet approved or published for general public use. When an authorized test or future ChatGPT plugin interaction invokes its tools, the user-supplied project descriptions, attributed evidence, decision records and comparison inputs are transmitted to the PhygitAi MCP server for immediate preliminary screening and response generation.

The technical pilot is hosted on Railway, with the service currently configured in a United States deployment region. The application is designed as a stateless, read-only processor: it does not create its own project-evidence database, deliberately retain MCP request bodies, or connect to the unpublished private PhygitAi research backend. The hosting and networking providers may still process IP addresses, HTTP connection and request metadata, operational logs and security events. Their precise retention and deletion policies have not been independently verified, so we make no promise that all infrastructure metadata disappears immediately after processing.

The public MCP edition is experimental and has not been empirically validated or certified. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential records, undisclosed third-party research, credentials or material you are not authorized to share. For inquiries about information handled directly by the initiative, contact abbas.sibai@alba.edu.lb. ChatGPT has its own account controls and privacy terms, which apply independently of this server.

The currently available skills-only screening edition operates within ChatGPT. The MCP-backed edition is a separate technical pilot and should not be represented as an approved public plugin until OpenAI completes its review.

5. Why information is used

Information sent directly by email may be used to answer questions, provide research-related support, investigate reported problems, and keep an appropriate record of the correspondence. We do not claim that ChatGPT conversation contents are independently collected by PhygitAi unless you separately share them through a direct communication.

6. Retention and sharing

Direct correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose of the exchange and applicable obligations. Emails may be processed by the relevant email service provider. We do not offer a user-account data export feature or a separate PhygitAi conversation database in the current screening edition.

7. Your requests

You may request correction or deletion of information you sent directly to the PhygitAi contact by writing to abbas.sibai@alba.edu.lb. Requests will be reviewed subject to applicable recordkeeping and other obligations. To manage information stored by ChatGPT or the website hosting platform, use that platform's own privacy tools or contact routes.

8. Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated as PhygitAi's website, hosting or assessment integrations evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. The policy is an informational description, not a guarantee of third-party platform practices.

PhygitAi is conceptual design research. Privacy questions, website inquiries and plugin support can be sent to abbas.sibai@alba.edu.lb.
