Terms of Service

These terms apply to the informational PhygitAi research website and the public screening material distributed by the PhygitAi research initiative.

Effective date: 20 October 2026 · Contact: abbas.sibai@alba.edu.lb

1. Research-stage nature

PhygitAi | Beyond Phygital is an ongoing conceptual research direction concerning human–AI design decisions, physical–digital products, evidence, human authority and accountable revision. The public screening edition offers preliminary, qualitative reviews. It is not empirically validated as a measurement instrument, certification framework or guaranteed diagnostic service.

2. Permitted use

You may use the public screening material for lawful research, educational and design-analysis purposes. Provide only project information and documents you are entitled to share or process. You are responsible for checking all outputs against original project evidence and obtaining appropriate human review before making decisions.

3. No professional or safety certification

PhygitAi assessments are not substitutes for engineering validation, laboratory testing, product safety evaluation, clinical or legal advice, regulatory compliance review, or professional approval. Findings about permissions, authority and accountability describe the supplied evidence; they do not establish legal responsibility or prove unauthorized conduct.

4. AI-generated outputs and evidence limitations

Automated responses can be incomplete or wrong. Missing information should be described as missing, not as proof of a fault. Any G0–G5 gate status, IBR field or provisional disagreement category is conditional on the provided evidence. Users must verify sources, interpret uncertainty and retain responsible human decision-making.

4a. MCP-backed technical pilot

A separate read-only PhygitAi MCP-backed screening server is online for limited technical testing but has not been approved or publicly published as a ChatGPT directory plugin. Test requests send user-provided project evidence to the separately hosted server described in the Privacy Policy. Anyone testing the service must use only materials they have permission to provide. The tool responses organize documentary inputs and do not independently verify project records, authorize design decisions, conduct physical product testing or certify safety. This pilot does not grant access to unpublished PhygitAi research rules or private infrastructure.

5. Third-party platforms

When the public screening skill is used in ChatGPT, the ChatGPT service remains governed by its own terms and policies, including applicable usage limits and data controls. The PhygitAi website and screening material do not grant additional rights to third-party platform services.

6. Intellectual property and attribution

PhygitAi's name, publicly released text, graphics and conceptual research materials are attributed to Abbas Sibai, Ph.D., © 2026, except where otherwise indicated. Publication of the public screening edition does not release unpublished research rules, private working materials, or third-party intellectual property. For republication, licensing or collaboration inquiries, contact the address below.

7. Availability and changes

Website or screening material may be changed, restricted or unavailable at times. Public research descriptions, workflow explanations and these terms may evolve as the research develops. Continued use after updated terms are posted indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Responsibility and limitations

The website and screening material are provided for research and informational purposes on an “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law. No promise is made that any assessment will identify all concerns or establish product performance, safety or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
